Cancellation Policy
There is a 30% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
There’s a 15 minute late window. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the cancellation fee.
If your card has insufficient funds, you will be responsible to pay the remaining percentage before being able to book another appointment, and other appointments will be cancelled immediately until remaining balance is paid.
